Routine Service The service yesterday was fine although the wait time was longer than normal. My review is based on the prior service which included tire rotation. The wheels have never been off the car other than for the rotation service. My wheels were marred up around the center of the wheel and along the lug holes. I believe this damage was caused from the technician removing and replacing the lug nuts with an impact gun and not taking care to prevent damage. Took my car in for a new radio. Waited less time than originally thought. The waiting area was clean. Janie was great as usual! Even ended up paying less than what was quoted.
Last free tire rotation. Always friendly and great customer service. Always clean waiting area was very busy and told me it would be about and hour twenty minutes was ready in less than 30 minutes.
Long wait. Did not wash vehicle. I would of expected the service center to wash my vehicle as per all other dealerships I have visited. This is my first Toyota so maybe all dealerships for this brand are the same
Had a rattle in my truck Janie is amazing as always. She really deserves a raise. She asked me what the problem was, gave a few reasons of what it might be, then called once the tech had the right diagnosis. Excellent customer service!
Came in for 5000 mile service for my new Rav 4. Service rep was not overly friendly but got the job done right, which is all that really matters to me.

Toyota Experience This dealership does it all and does it right. The employees are friendly, work to get issues resolved, and stand by their customer base. Have bought 2 -Highlanders from this company and plan to stay with this location. My contact is Kurt Sheets and he is about the most knowledgeable rep I have ever dealt with. He listens, responds to customer needs and actually treats you like a customer. All of the Management and Staff have always been courteous and responsive.
