Great Service! They are located right off I 45, and close to my home. They have great employees who are very friendly. They offer a free shuttle service when you have to leave your car for service. I Would highly recommend this Dealership.
Sammy in sales was awesome. Financing lady was horrible. Did not know her job. She was so bad, I went through my CU instead. When my credit union called they said the paper work was the worst they have ever seen. She added my trade in car extended warranty refund to purchase another extended warranty when I told her I did not want it. Then she would not even fax the warrant cancellation paperwork for me, I had to ask manager. She produced three different sale price agreements that had amounts not agreed to. Disappointed that the problem with my car was not found. However, I feel I received excellent service. The service crew and Janie were very professional.
I went for car service worth $ 400, i didnot get complimentary cleaning that other toyota dealer have always given without me asking. Was not very pleased.
