Friendly My 2017 Camry is not starting even with Jump Start. I called MacHaik. Janie recommend a tow company. Tow car came within 1 hour. Since my car is still under warranty. Everything is covered. Janie kept me updated of what's going on. They are friendly. There is water, coffee and popcorn for customers to grap. It is clean and comfortable in the waiting area.
radio replaced and finally fixed perfectly It took a few visits to finally get things right but Toyota finally replaced the faulty radio in their 2019 Camry XSE I purchased. The Bluetooth is connecting perfectly & their is no more of the horrible echo I've tolerated for well over 14 months. Keep pushing if your issue isn't corrected. I love my new radio & a previous minor issue caused by them putting things together slightly incorrectly on my last visit also now seems to also be corrected.
I had gone to another dealership. I was told I needed a differential drive flush, and brakes. Since my Sienna is front wheel drive, I knew I had to find a different place to go. I called and spoke to Ralph service advisor. I felt confidence in what he said. I am very pleased in the service that was given to my van. I asked the mechanic to show me the brake pads he took off. My van needed brakes. I will go back to Mac Haik. Jacob Bullock, mechanic was very nice to explain and show me the problem.
CHARGE 98 dollars to listen to engine noise was charge 98 dollars to listen engine noise!! After doing business and buying new cars and trucks for over 30 years!! VERY UPSET!! HARD TO BELIEVE!!
All the staff at the dealership were very friendly ready to provide any thing we requested. Kurt was excellent. He didn’t try to rush us to make our final decision.
Matt was great. Super friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me out. I appreciate everything he did and will definitely give him my service again in the future.
