The Quest for a New Car We have purchased a long series of cars from Star Toyota and now Mac Haik Toyota. It has always been a positive experience for us. This time did not disappoint. AIRBAG RECALL Received airbag recall from Toyota. Made a call to setup an appointment. Parts were ordered before appointment date. Work done earlier than expected. Good customer service
Quick and friendly service on a busy day Went in on a Monday morning without an appointment for standard oil change/rotation. Place was busy with service guys rushing around but they quickly noticed me and entered my info. They kept me informed on how long it would be. Before finishing work, the service guy informed me of all the potential maintenance I may need in the near future.
