We had an exceptional experience with Mac Haik due to our salesman, Matt Carl. He was informative and pleasant to deal with. He stayed with us through the whole process and everything go smoothly.
This was the best car buying experience ever. I told the salesman what I wanted. He pulled 3 cars, explained alL the differences clearly. I test drove the one I wanted, went to finance and done.
Dealership robbed me of almost 3k$ we settled on a 22k (including TTL) price tag. They screwed me over and charged me 25k and took my 3k down to bring the price to 22k the finance guy didn't even blink and the new care salesman said "you signed the paper so there's nothing we can do" as this being my FIRST new car I really had more faith in dealerships. I will never buy another car from here. The best the manager did for me was "I can fill your tank up a few times" and they put mud guards on and called it a day 40$ mud guard... read more
Excellent prompt service- was early for my appointment but they were ready for me. Especially like the shuttle service- don’t have to worry about anyone picking me up or dropping me back.
Responsive work Very responsible work on my car. It was out of alignment and it is running outstanding now. Also, my battery badly was carroded and the advisor was very clear about what needed to be done. Great job! The wait was not too long with a free wifi.
Chenai was amazing! She went above and beyond! I kept her so late. It was almost 10pm when we finished up. She stayed until all the paperwork was done too.
Service Worth the Drive I drive past two other dealerships to have my 2015 Tacoma serviced here. Jonathon is always helpful and informative. This service was no exception. He provided me with an itemized list of services for me to undertake in an effort to make my Tacoma last.
Excellent Communication and Accurate Time Estimate I was told over the phone drastically different times that the recall task would take and after being transferred 6 times I decided to just show up to the appointment and find out the real story then. After speaking with the service team, I found the specific time amount that the task was going to take.
