Routine Maintenance Janie is awesome! Always helps me out when I need service. She tells me what I can put off and what needs to be done quickly. I really value her candor which is why I'm a returning customer.

New battery My original battery was starting to fail in my 5 (almost 6) year old 4 runner so I went in for a replacement at 8:30 am on Thursday Jan 2. Ibwas met at my car as soon as I parked, my battery was replaced in record time, under 20 minutes I think! Jonathon was polite, friendly, competent and even answered questions before j asked them. I do see that my license plate is inaccurate because I changed from a vanity plate last year and on my form it still shows the old plate.
Awesome!! The salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable! All of our questions were answered and there was no pressure to buy! Financial Services took the extra time to explain the process.
New tires Dalton was very helpful and professional. I thought about getting my tires done somewhere else but ultimately decided to go with Mac Haik because their customer service is always the best and I feel taken care of. Thank you to Dalton and everyone else.
Quick prompt service. Vehicle was repaired quickly. Service time was as promised. Service staff are friendly and helpful. Customer waiting room was clean. Restrooms were clean and free of trash.
