A tire dealership told me that my differential fluid was low and smelled burnt. I have my Tundra serviced regularly at Mac Haik. I checked my service records and found I had my truck serviced 1300 miles earlier with no mention of problems with my differential fluid. 11300 miles earlier the dealership changed my differential fluid. I took my truck to Mac Haik, they looked at the differential fluid, they showed me the level was correct and their was no burnt smell. Service staff are pleasant and efficient. Told me it would be an hour and it took 55 minutes. The reason for 3 stars is that there is no complimentary car wash that I am used to receiving from other dealers.
Got me in right away service was professional and I was back on the road in no time place was clean great staff good coffee
James was friendly. Tire rotation was fast. Waiting room clean. Construction around dealership made it hard to get to dealership. That is all I have.
Hostage went in with trade-in on 2003 sequoia and $5000 down payment made deal for $20,000 finance and after reviewing paper work realize the finance amount was $25,000 not sure how this happened except that we were worn down by late afternoon and just wanted to get out of there!! I asked for my keys to sequoia several times to go have lunch and think about deal, but were not given keys!! Almost like a hostage situation!!! A Happy Customer Dalton was very friendly as well as professional. He seemed very knowledgeable about the service that was recommended for my truck. The service wait was not bad at all. Overall I was happy with my service experience and will continue to come there.
Fast and Friendly They are fast and friendly got in got out. I had my tire rotated and wipers replaced , key battery replaced, licence plat bulb done that I didn't even know was out.
Had a great and informative visit, Vidal was very courteous and knowledgeable about the different repairs which my vehicle needed. Went out of his way to explain the quality of tires that are available for my 4Runner. Overall great customer service.
