Efficient and thorough The service men at the Express Service are very nice, thorough and efficient. The work performed was well done and in a very timely manner.
15000 mile maitenance Good express service with tire rotation and general check-up for fluid levels, etc. The service technicians did find something that may need to be repaired under warranty, so the check-up is very thorough. I got my truck back in less time than the quoted wait time I was originally given.
Good explanation of services rendered and warranty left on car. Also explained extended warranty available. No patronizing of me being a woman was especially great and supportive.
Came in for a used car and got a brand new one. Second car I have bought from here and absolutely love it everyone is always friendly and attentive to your needs. Thank you all, all of you are amazing!!!!

Mac Hail Express Service changed my oil and filter as requested plus performed a 60k mile inspection that alerted me to items that may need service in the near future. This service was performed in a timely manner.

I had $10 off coupon for oil change regularly $64. Advertised $19.95 tire rotation. Clerk said should be about$80. I agreed. The bill ended up over $100. I believe there was a charge for labor.? This should be noted in advertising and before work is done.
