Mac Haik did a great job. Had an apt at 8:30am and was seen right away. I did not have to wait long to get my car fixed. I was in and out in about 1hour.

Took 2 hours for an appointment for solely a tire rotation and recall on a simple reprogram of the ECU. Advisor didn’t have a clue at first about the recall and questioned me instead of simply looking it up.
When making the appointment I was originally scheduled for Kia of Tomball for some reason. I called to change appointment with no problem. When on the phone I asked a pricing question an was sent to two different people before being given an answer which was incorrect for my car once I got to the service center. We had to wait over an hour for an oil change with an appointment. But service members were nice and knowledgeable and apologized for the wait.
