First thing I noticed was how clean the dealership was when I arrived. Everyone seen with proper PPE for the current Covid-19 situation going on. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle ever and everything was very low pressure. I never once felt lured, cheated, or pushed into anything. Efficient Service. Had an appointment to recall repairs on 05/19/20. Estimated that it'd take 1.5 hours to do the work. . Waited till it was done. Waited in a pleasant waiting room. No complaints, only compliments.

Awesome service, facility, and staff! In the midst of COVID-19, the service was fantastic. I had an oil and filter change, tire rotation, and annual TX Inspection. From the time I parked the car on arrival until driving off after servicing, the total time was 1 hour 10 minutes! They are super efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and "Texas Friendly!" I'll be back for sure!

It was a pain in the xxx. Hardest buy I’ve had the past 10 years. Wait for this and that. Told me my trade wasn’t in my name, which it was. Had to wait for my truck tires to come in. Said Friday, was Wed. Only got one key, which I asked if he had 2 and was told yes. Oh wait, just come back and we can see if we have one in stock. Larry was great and could tell nothing was his fault, but xxxx. Already been up there 6 times,

Two service visits, two strikes. Came in for a tire alignment. Checking in the consultant pulled down his mask to take a drink or to spit chew, not sure which but could have waited the minute and a half I was in front of him. Was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours. I was not called when the service was completed. Fantastic as always Dalton and the team took great care of me. They car was completed exactly on schedule a promised. They kept me up to date with the progress of the service. The lobby was clean and the Express Service staff were all properly wearing face masks.
