Quick but not quite thorogh Service was quick and seemed very efficient. However once I left the dealership, I noticed that the technician did not reset the maintenance message. I have not been able to figure out how to reset. So now, I am going to have to drive back over to the dealership to get it reset.

Spider joint / u joint on the main drive shaft went out on truck at 85000 miles. I was specifically told I had joint that needed to be greased by staff. The person in department specifically told me he made the visual of drive shaft with the person workedmworked on my truck/ changed the part out. After the fact.. same person( male/ eyeglasses, full beared, older) told me that this model truck normally has u joints that do not need to be greased. Analysis of tapping sound in engine As often happens, the engine did not act up for the mechanic. Hopefully it is nothing. I was treated well by my contact Ralph. He kept me informed on the car's status. They did keep the car overnight to check it with a cold start.

Great Service at Mac Haik Toyota!!! Needed to locate a new Toyota service center, so scheduled an appointment at Mac Haik for routine maintenance and for a recall issue. I was connected with Janie Elizondo as my service advisor. She was amazingly organized, knowledgeable, and professional, as well as kind, warm and personable.
