When selling our Prieus back to your dealership Mr. Burns had my husband running back and forth from the building to the car getting the information he needed. I don't know if that is standard protocol for Mac Haik to have the customer do all the grunt work but it is bad PR. You might want to reconsider this policy if it is truly your policy. K. Mosis
