Complete lack of quality control in the body shop The worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. I had relatively minor rear end damage to my 2017 Sienna limited along with some cosmetic touch up on the front bumper. It took a long time to process and then when I picked it up the 1st time, the bumper was the wrong color and there was a fog lamp missing where the touch up was done on the front. Shoddy workmanship I brought my 2008 Corolla to Mac Haik Toyota for an air bag recall. The people were very good at getting me in and taking care of my recall, however, while returning the car, I was notified that the mechanic had to make a repair on my shifter cable that happened to break while bring the car to me. service I made an appointment and they were ready for me but instead of 2 hrs for a recall, it took 4 hrs. It would have been nie if someone had kept me informed as they went along. Also I had a coupon for oil change $19.95 but they then added on labor so this was false advertizing.
Follow up on the oil change and the mileage maintenance. Early morning visit - Very Polite Greetings from All... To ALL - Pleased with the Prompt and Professional Services from the Employees. For Us - Excellent Services... Respectfully.
