Service center has always been good. YOUR NEW CAR SALEMAN NEEDS A REFRESHER COURSE IN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. I TOLD HIM IT WAS TIME TO TRADE IN MY 2007 PRIUS AND WANTED ANOTHER ONE. LOVE my new Highlander!
