I was meaning to write this review before the year end and forgot so I wanted to make sure others knew about my experience. Jay Z was an exceptional salesman making the process run extremely smooth. He and Michael Brooks personality and courteous attitude is why I decided to pursue the offer to buy a car to begin with. I drove a hundred miles for a car that should have on hold for me. Only to find out that it had been already sold. The manager personally showed me a Honda Accord that was so called in same price range only to find out that it was only About $4k more than the one that should have been there. I left very disappointed with Mac Churchill Acura Ft.Worth . Honestly I feel like I was baited in .
Overall great experience! Lengthy process as you can imagine but definitely felt like they helped me out, especially Mr. Thai and Mr. Brooks.
I had a great experience here with Jibran! I came in wanting to trade my car and he worked with me for a couple of hours helping me with what I wanted. He was very genuine and personable. Definitely recommended his experience to anyone.
