I've had 3 Acuras from Mac Churchill and I want to thank Jason Lee for helping me now with the last 2 cars there! He's the best at what he does and has made my experiences very easy! Love my Acuras! :)
They lied to us to get us in the door. My wife called about a car listed in their website. It was to be a Christmas gift for our son, his first car. They said they had the car so we said we'd be right over to buy it. We arrived 1.5 hours later only to find the car wasn't even there. We asked them where the car was and they said it was mistakenly listed on their site. And they still had the nerve to try to sell us something else! And to make things worse, this was the second dealership to do this same scam to us in one day!! ... read more
I based my review off of three categories, the salesperson, the finance person, and the overall experience. Salesperson: 5 STARS My sales person was Sal, I had come into the dealership a week before to look at a vehicle but was informed by another salesperson that I was initially working with that it had already been sold before I contacted them. I absolutely loved my experience! Joseph Trinh and Robbie were my salesman's and they really went above and beyond for me.I arrived a little later than expected and Joseph was with another customer but set me right up with Robbie (who was also very nice) to start on paperwork so I wouldn't just be sitting there. I have more often than not received terrible customer service and poor quality fixes. Do Not Take your vehicle here.
This place was great!!! Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my family and I. Don Mahand was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He did everything he could and explained everything every step of the way. Also had the great opportunity to deal with Jesus and Liath. Our day at Mac Churchill started out not so great, with our salesmen wasting our time and not listening to what we wanted at all. We had given up, but then Don Mahand swooped in to save the day! He convinced me that he was interested in taking care of us and not just selling us a car. He completely changed my view of this dealership! When we came back in we were helped by Jesus Gutierrez who is also great and treated us like people and not a paycheck. Really appreciate these guys!
