About a week ago a worker named Jaymes Migl helped me throughout the whole buying a car experience not as difficult as i thought as a first time buyer. He made me feel comfortable and helped me have a car in no time. He's a very nice and polite person that makes the whole process stress free. I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for a car.
I generally do not complain, but I have to say this Mac Churchill Acura has the worst customer service. The paper forms submitted for any kind of request goes straight to the bin. I have submitted a request twice in person and 2 months later I followed up and the concerned department said they have not received the request. I sent a new request electronically and 2 months passed still haven't got an answer from them. I am not sure why they have a customer service team if it is this terrible.

We came to Mac Churchill Acura to find my mama a car and Jesus and MJ took real good care of us and also Paul the finance manager. The Customer Service was Excellent!!

Service dept dont know what they are doing bought a vette waited 6 hours to service it i walked out. Put a stop payment on my check would never step foot in that place
