We were very pleased with O'Shea and Jay Z customer service. They were awesome both had great attitudes !! Even my husband liked them and he is one tough cookie! Although the vehicle wasn't in the dealership at the time we went, they did everything they could to bring it. We love our new vehicle!!! Vehicle was exactly as described. Thank you!

Recommendedbest customer services i ever had, we drove 1100 miles from North Carolina to Texas. The drive is worth it. I'm very satisfying with my purchase. As this date I am still waiting on delivery of a Nissan Altima, I purchased on Feb 13, as of this writing 22 days and waiting. There damage to my car that had to have part ordered. So far I have been told on 6 different occasions that the part was ordered and being over nighted. Still no part and no time table on delivery. And nobody seems to have any idea where my car is, or what is going on with it. I went February 27th this year ,they're service was excellent. They were willing to get me the car that I needed by the help of Lavaughn he went the extra mile to get me my car and everything went better than I expected!
