I have bought 5 cars from this dealership - love their cars, but they are ruining that with their lack of service department. Just spent two hours waiting for an oil change and inspection to get home and discover they didn't even do the oil change - now I have to go back again tomorrow. So disappointed... �
Purchased a "certified Used" vehicle a month ago, and 2 weeks ago returned it to the dealership because the heater was not working. When I spoke to the salesman who spoke to the manager told me to wait 30 days until the Warranty would apply to the vehicle. Today I was there for 8 hours to find out not only does the Warranty not cover the repair but now in out $155 for the diagnostic tests. This has been the worst car experience I have ever had in my entire life I will never take my car for even service I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. No guarantee was ever meet even though I have documents to support everything.
Went to Mac Churchill to look at trucks ,not even going to buy a truck but they had some sweet deals. And had the vehicle I wanted. Great customer service and selections from vehicles. Salvador Bernardino help me in the best possible way to get my truck that i am in love with. Recommended them if your looking for the perfect vehicle.
I can't get anyone at this place to return my calls. Bought a car last of July they didn't give me the sales paper on that day, said they would mail it to be. Four months later and still no paper work. I even went out there one day, and was told it would be mailed. I have called so many times and left a message each time, still no copy of my paper work. I got my first car at this dealership and our salesman Jesus AJ was great. He showed me everything I needed to know about the car, safty procedures, Bluetooth connections everything. My parents were happy, I'm happy so overall a very great first time buying experience. If I'm ever in need of another car, I will come back seeing as how they have a huge new car and used car lot!
