Another messed up service/oil change. This makes 3 bad experiences in a row at the service department for me. I've had advisors with attitudes and no communication. This time they said my vehicle was finished but didn't have any paperwork of the work actually being completed/ report sheet for my truck. Time to find a new dealership. Update* They did a second inspection on my truck to make sure things were done right the first time. I have really enjoyed dealing with Victor Wiley at Brookdale Jeep. I have bought two Jeeps from Victor, and he has anticipated everything I've needed before I realized I needed it! The Service department is also a joy to deal with at Brookdale Jeep. I know I'll be back again when I'm looking for my next vehicle.

I bought a 2016 Renegade from this facility. While I am disappointed at the number of issues I've had with the Renegade itself I am happy to say Luther is making it right. Tony is fantastic and doesn't pressure you in to something you don't want.
I just bought a 2014 ram took out a loan for over 30k not to long ago . notified that I had transmission light has come on several times when I brought it in !! For an oil change I understand the oil techs don't deal with that but don't come back to me and tell me that they had no idea what was going on with those indicators on dash !!!
