Paris M. Literally took Car Buying for me to a whole new level. My experience was fabulous, I called Monday and said I would like to come up Tuesday morning, and my salesperson cam in on his day off to assist me. My finance guy Tim walked and talked me through multiple options and got me a great rate. I came back after my first purchase from Luther due to the great service and they did not disappoint on my second trip. Thanks.
Can I give them zero stars? Their service has gone down the shitter. A few months ago I got sucked into buying the service package for oil changes never had to wait more than an hour for an "express" oil change - which I could tolerate. The last two times I have tried to go I've been told not without an appointment/2-2.5+ hours for an "express" oil change. Thank you! We traveled from Dallas to see our family this week and our check engine light came on, so we made an appointment with Brookdale and could not have been more happy with their service. They resolved the issue quickly and efficiently and were able to get to the bottom of the issue. Just last weekend, we had taken our car in to a Dallas dealership and they mentioned the coolant was low, but did not find the leak that Brookdale did. I purchased my 2013 Chrysler 200 new from this location and have had every recommended check-up/oil change/ tire rotation, etc. done here. Usually I just wait for the vehicle and I guess maybe that is the key to not having them hold your car hostage all day long. I requested our sales guy, victor, not to put Luther stickers on our new truck or license plate covers, totally ignored my request,stated I'll have them removed when you come in for service Victor lied 3 times stating he would take care of it and never did also took 5 hours to purchase a new vehicle frustrating experience and don't like dishonest sales people
