My experience was good with this dealership. They provided an amazing during my visit and I was satisfied with service.
I would never buy a car here. I had a friend who experienced the rudest, negative, experience here with unbelievable inflammatory and prejudicial remarks from the sales and finance rep.
Had a great experience with their service center and body shop. They did great work and kept me in the loop the entire time. 5 stars for them!!

Poor turnaround time. No courtesy calls. Nobody picks up the phone when trying to reach service advisors. Only positive was van was fixed.
Wouldn't honor my extended warranty and made it seem like I tampered with my own car (oil cap had come off). Acted like I was wasting their time and I should be honored to be helped by them. Never again! Shame on you! My regular mechanic drove an hour and a half to tow my car and fix the problem themselves..honoring the warranty. That is what real customer service is!
Ardell is wonderful at what she does. She was able to get me into a very nice 2015 Chrysler 200c which I really love and my husband into a brand new 2017 Dodge Journey. We love both our cars and couldn't of asked for a better person to work with. Definitely will be recommending friends and family to this dealership.
