We Have been buying cars (used and new) for years. I have had one bad experience with the service. That issue was an extended vehicle problem from the manufacture. The Brookdale Service Advisors, Mechanics, Service Manager, and even the General Manager did every thing they could to make every thing right. I have directed several family and friends to Luther Brookdale and will continue to do so.
Had a great experience with the purchase of my new Ram 1500. Chris Brown was upfront and honest. Tyler in service was great too! Got my nerf bars and Access Cover put on in 1/2 hour. The whole experience was not stressful like it has been in the past with other dealers.
Went to the Express Lane on a busy Monday but they got my oil change accomplished anyway before closing, and I appreciated it... great dealership
