Just got a 2018 Jeep... my 6th vehicle from here. Worked with Darius in sales and Al in financing. Brian was helpful, attentive, friendly, and kept our process moving as fast as he could control (we all know buying a car takes FOREVER). He was a nice guy, like somebody we could hang around with outside of this experience, which made us trust him and feel like we got the best deal possible. We got what we wanted on our trade and the exact vehicle I was looking for.
Reasonable time for airbag recall service. Used vehicle bought elsewhere, not a regular Luther Brookdale Dodge customer, yet impressed with service, explanation, customer lounge.
Switched to a Dodge Charger after 30 years with Audi. Nothing against Audi, just felt it was time for a change. My biggest fear in making the change was that the service at Luther Brookdale would be far below what I had become used to from my friends in the service department at Audi. Good news! The service department at Luther is outstanding and Nate and Bobby are a pleasure to know and deal with.
I've always had great service. Work is done in a timely manner, never had any issues with the services done.
