I was in Friday May 11th for 6000 mile check on my 2018 Jeep. This is my first lease with Chrysler. I have always bought my vehicles. After driving Jeep's for 15 years I switched to Toyota hated everything about it. Luther Brookdale bought me out of my lease w/toyota thank you thank you! Love my Jeep. Your service dept couldn't have been nicer answered all my question didn't rush me and washed my car without having to ask. I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was great.
I drove my truck in with a problem, I did not have a appointment. I got a ride home and was able to pick the truck up 4 hours later.
We had a great experience purchasing our 2019 Cherokee. Everything went very smoothly and Chris Brown is the best.
