If you want to trade a vehicle in, make sure to send your Husband, they will try and take advantage of the women. My wife went to see about trading in a 38,000 vehicle 2014 with only 13,000 miles still factory warranty, the car is like Brand New, that insult her intelligence by offering her 20K for it. I wouldn't buy another vehicle from that Dealer, some Luther Dealers are great but not so much here!
Gee it started when I made an appointment to buy my 2015 Chrysler 200 for 10:00 am Saturday (already loan approved) and didn't escape til 5:00. Then it took 3 visits to get a recall handled to stop having my power steering freezing up. Now today I show up 5 minutes early for my oil change appt to be told it's going to be about 1.5 hours. Pissed that I bought the oil package deal but thankful I only have 1 change left. Going to NTB for now but will have to go back to Luther one more time or write off the pre-paid change. Their service department is horrible. I left the General Manager a voice message and I have yet to receive a call back from him (about 3 weeks now, if not longer). I will be back in for the same exact problem, for the 3rd time, 3rd tow (out of my pocket) and $2,000 later. You spend all that money (for them to not fix the problem) and they can't even wash your vehicle or at least ask if you want it washed.

Brought in my truck for 2 recall items today. 6 hours later i was paying 300 for a item that was recall but supposedly done a the dealership before the truck was purchased. The issue was the blinkers switching in the wrong direction and was exactly what the recall was for. When I called to schedule I specifically told them this issue but had to wait for the parts 3 hours after they took 3 hours to finish the first recall issue with the air bags.
