I may be biased but I hear horror stories everyday about the way people are treated at other dealerships and all of the "games" that are played. Luther Brookdale Chrysler is transparent in every step of the buying process and in the end you get a great deal without all of the hassle.
We had a great experience buying our van! They had a great supply of new and used vans to choose from and our salesman was Awsome! He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. We will be back the next time we need a vehicle!

Bought a used Chevrolet Silverado 2500 hd duramax from here and they sold it to me with a blown head gasket in a duramax. My mechanic found a socket extension stuffed in the radiator over flow hose. Dealership won't pay for none of the repair.

This is my 5th Jeep from here. I lease so a new vehicle every 2-3yrs. David Klein is the guy I deal with and he's great. No problems ever with service.
Service department is a complete joke... my car has been in their shop for three days... and they still don't know what's wrong with it...
Do not use their service department. I recently tried to get my oil changed (after buying a "4 oil change in 2 years" deal and they first told me it would be a 1hr and 15min wait for their "Quick Change Oil Change" then I went home to make an official appointment and when I went back they said they were "busy" and it would take 2 1/2 hours. Now they won't refund my money for the oil change package. We bought our van there and love our van but the customer service and lack of ability in their Service Department is ridiculous ... read more
