Brian Herr was very helpful in dealing with an issue we had regarding the Durango Citadel we purchased. He made sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy with the results. Brian Halford was also extremely helpful. We are very happy with our switch to Dodge and our experience with Luther.
The buying experience is great. I've bought four vehicles from them and 2 of my kids bought their cars there too. The service department is another story. Even with an appointment I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. I will continue to buy my cars from them and recommend others to do so, but I will never recommend anyone getting their car serviced here.
Super friendly staff, the job was done faster than promised and I was happily on my way ! Would definitely recommend to friends and family

I really like Brookdale jeep & dodge We have bought 3 cars f on there & yesterday I went there to get oil change people r friendly asked me how I was doing etc Barbara Sweeney even sat & talked with me for @ least 10 mins asking me how I liked my new dodge journey Thank you to all the staff have a merry Christmas x
I was scammed into buying a truck and now they refuse to take it back. Run away from this dealership.
Seems I'm not alone thinking your service sucks. I brought my car in for an oil change was told it would be done in an hour after a 1:40 the car was done I wasn't called to let me know and when I got in the car the passenger seat had dirty scuff marks on it, I had just detailed the car so I knew it was clean before they got their hands on it.
