I reside in NY and used CarGurus to conduct a search for a specific 2021 Jeep Wrangler model within 250 miles of my home. I found it at many dealerships, but the price at Lustine (located 4 hours away in VA) was about $5,000 less than MSRP. First of all our salesman was Jimmy. I must say that Jimmy was very professional. He was certainly patient with us and gave us the attention that we needed in order to feel comfortable with our transaction in buying our vehicle. I reached out to this dealership early in the morning before they opened and a Sales Associate, Basil Moye, surprisingly responded right away and followed up with a phone call as soon as they opened. He got right to the point with the figures I needed to make a decision about the vehicle I had inquired about. Love getting my service done here. Sam makes the process quick, easy, and painless. I always wait and work when I am getting service done and he always finds me a spot with a power outlet. Small things like that keep me buying Dodges from Lustine! Great customer service and they feel like family.

Started communicating early in the morning and locked in the deal on my new vehicle by the end of the day. Might seem like a long time, but everything was done telephonically. As I'm in the military, I'm restricted to traveling a certain distance. They met me roughly halfway between their dealership in VA, and my current duty station in GA, on a Saturday, to conduct the trade. Can't say enough good about my salesman, Ryan, or the GSM- Sham.
