It was great service everybody from the sales to the finance team was a great help.
I was flat out lied to, Johnathan Naviti told me I was approved and my car payment was $156, I told him I wanted to make sure the payment and the approval was done before I drove 4 hours one way there. He said that I was approved and he promised me the payment wouldn't be any higher. I have all the text messages from him that said that. I get there I was approved but with $1000 down and $100 more a month more. I was livid, he basically said he wasn't sure about the approval and that he was sorry. I had a great experience buying my new Jeep at Lustine. We had to look thru several vehicles to find one that suited me but I guess I'm picky .You have to be . Basil the salesperson was excellent and we found a vehicle that I was happy with. He went out of his way to make sure that I had what I wanted . It was a long day but thats the nature of purchasing a new car . The service department was great in getting the car ready for me .

Derrick was a true partner in our quest for the exact vehicle we were looking for. Unlike the other dealerships we dealt with for this vehicle, he never pressured us into compromise or the all to common "up-sell" for features that weren't important to us. His job would have been much easier if we'd just accepted the higher trim package, but he kept looking over the course of several days for a vehicle and eventually found one with most of what we were needing, without all of the extra things we didn't.
