The computer in my RAV4 hybrid stopped working properly. The car stopped connecting to the Toyota app and microphone stopped working. A Dayton Toyota technician determined the computer needed to be replaced. They didn't even try resetting it. My mechanic restarted the computer and everything started working again. Dayton Toyota said the diagnostic fee would be refunded but this has not happened. Dayton Toyota then replaced my brakes. It took them about 5 hours. I took my Prius in for repair in July and specifically asked to get the parts back. I went there to pick up the parts as I was donating the car, but they couldnt find it and said would contact me. Weeks went by and no call. I called again and was confirmed they couldnt find the parts. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was on vacation, but would call me once he came back. I am writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the way I was treated at Toyota Dallas. What I experienced was not only unprofessional but also a complete disregard for basic customer rights and transparency.During my visit, I was never shown the price of the vehicle I was interested in. Deceptive business practices. They will lie to you. Telling you your payment is higher when its not on a car that you like. They just want to sell you a different car that hasnt sold yet. This is being addressed and resolved directly by the General Manager.

Dear BBB, On 09/30/2025, I visited Toyota of Dallas, Dallas after negotiating a price via text messages with their sales staff. In writing, I specifically asked: I thought you have 2025 Corolla Cross LE FWD? If you do ***** OTD, I will buy tomorrow from you. The dealership responded: Yes we can do the 2026 Corolla Cross for ***** if you come in today because the sale is only for today. The most annoying thing in the world is to go and buy a new car. Today I had a completely different experience. I met with ****** and **** and even the owner young. They were the nicest people I have ever met well having the horrible task of buying a car. They were honest they were accommodating and they were just the most lovely people Ive ever met at a car dealership at a car. I will never again go to another dealership to buy a car.
