Took my RAV4 in due to a rattling noise. Was told it's the alternator and a water pump. Was quoted a total of $1000 on the phone the day before for everything. When I went to pick up the car the next day the total was over $2000. They charged me $1000 for labor to replace an alternator and a water pump. This is high above market price and I will never go back here again! I was definitely taken advantage of. I am definitely in the process of reporting this to the BBB to try to get some of my money back.

I purchased a used vehicle. During the test drive I pointed out the ** was not working. i was advised it would be fixed. The dealership held on to the car for an entire 7 days after the paperwork was singed. I received the vehicle back after being told they have the wrong part and will order a new one. It will be ready within 2-3 days. Here we are 9 days later I am constantly reaching out for an update and have gotten nowhere.
