Deceptive sales tactics run rampant at this establishment. I had a salesman straight up lie to me saying the car I was interested in was still available. I also had the manager email me with said car info and appointment time. I drove an hour and a half, only to be told it actually wasn't there and was sold a couple of months back. Then, it was let me show you what we do have that is not what you were looking for and more expensive. Terrible!! Will never consider autonation ever again.
My husband and I drove 1.5 hours only to find out salesman ****** flat out lied to us about having 2 of the cars we were looking for onsite. Neither of the models we wanted were there and all they could do is offer us a lower trim model but was $10k more than the one we wanted. What a scam! Buyer beware!!
