We had a flawless experience buying our new Pacifica van. They gave us a great price and trade on our used van, and we were in and out in great time. Our sales agent was extremely knowledgeable and polite. There was no need to hagle. What a refreshing way to do business!
I bought a Jeep Wrangler JL and traded in my Wrangler JK as part of the deal. I was promised, in writing, that they would swap my lights from my old jeep to my new jeep. Because the mounts don't match from the JK to the JL they continuously refused to do it. Great salespeople, horrible customer service. I'll never buy there again and I'd recommend you don't either.
Excellent service and attention to detail. Worked with me for a few months on a build and had the truck ordered the first week we were able to get the new model year ordered. Much better experience than the last time i purchased from them in 2017.
