Nice polite people that say all the right things but do nothing they say will be done. Took my deposit, I waited for the new car to arrive. Three weeks later I find out it was never ordered. Left messages and Sales mgmt nor OMAR the salesman ever called to inform me. Horrible dealership.
I would like explain my experience buying car that was advertise for 36890 I went to sun toyotaand did paper work so with tax and all charges we settle in 44800 and I decided to buy it, and as down payment I gave 10,000, so my balance should be 34800 now I sign the doc rush which is all digital, two weeks later the Bank send me my balance with 44800, now I realize they inflate the car to 54000 , the price advertising was just to attract customer and they lie to me with the out the door price, also all paper work at the momen... read more
I have been a long time customer, but can no longer trust this business. I was charged for a brake flush in 2024 that wasnt done correctly (if at all) and needed to be redone less than a year. I was also told I needed to replace my all my brakes, which once I asked some probing questions, sensed they were being dishonest. I had a second opinion to determine they were lying about what needed to be repaired. Very dishonest business practices.
