Worst experience with buying a car. Raul (Sales Person) and Amine R**** ( general manager) were the most unprofessional people. When the general manager is tht awful, I shouldn't expect the sales person to be a decent pereson. Bunch of crooks and liars.
Sales person Basil M*** and Finance advisor Daniel where both outstanding at doing their job. Both showed great concern for the well being and concerns of the customer. Seamless process which provided everything that I was seeking in the vehicle. I will definitely recommend Mr M*** and team to my family and friends!

Excellent buying experience. This is my 5th New Dodge Charger purchase and by far the the fastest & smoothest transaction buying process. Ron Boston was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my process to ensure my expectations were fully met. The GM Matt L***** and Daniel K*** in finance were extremely helpful in the process also. Lustine Dodge gave me 1500 more for my trade in than Safford Dodge offered and Lustine also gave me 2000 more in discounts than Safford Dodge was offering. I do not get adequate service with finance team. Unless they can upsell, they drop the ball and turn up the tv volume playing awkward auto auction while trying to ask for a maintenance plan on my vehicle. 2 years ago purchased and received same inadequate service when time to purchase. I will not return here to purchase due to this lack of prefessionalism and respect.

Bought a sweet new 2020 Jeep Wrangler 2020 Sahara from them. They forced over $6k worth of extra protection plans and add-ons. They made it clear they wouldn't allow me to take the vehicle unless I bought the plans, but assured they were all fully refundable. After leaving the dealership, they refused to return my calls or refund the plans. They also screwed up the registration paperwork, the auto-payment, literally everything. Total disaster of a dealership. I wouldn't trust them with an oil change.
