I brought my vehicle to Lakeland Toyota for service on Friday. When I dropped it off, my wheels were in perfect condition (I have dated photos). After service, I discovered noticeable wheel damage while the car was still in their care.When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility, the service advisor tried to suggest my extended warranty might cover it even though cosmetic wheel damage is not covered under warranties.
