Stay away from this place. Shady sales practice. The sales team doesn’t care about selling cars obviously but more so about getting over on customers. Buyers beware.

You submitted a lower offer and we declined your offer and said that we are firm on our internet price. To say this is "shady" practice is 100% false; this is a normal sales practice. Very disappointed in the dealerships maintenance and attitude from those working there! We just bought two vehicles from there totaling close to $135,000. You would think they would appreciate our patronage. Instead, they treated us like a 5 year old, and basically told us that what we were told in regards to our warranty was not told to us. Just spent $67,000 for a car kelly blue book values at $33,000. My husband and i are both seniors, and he is a disabled military veteran. I was told by Mr. Bentley in finance that we couldn't get the 1.9% interest rate on their website because my husband accepted a military discount on the purchase price. I went to look at cars for my daughter and they checked my credit, which is fine; however after deciding to not purchase a car, they continue to check my credit. My credit score continues to decrease and they continue to check my score without my permission. I have called and left serveral messages and have yet to hear a response.
I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee for the first time yesterday as a gift for my mother. As we were returning home yesterday, we decided to stop by a relatives to show them the vehicle. One of them mentioned an issue with the passenger seat. It was lightly discolored in the center with a very light water mark. I would not recommend dealing with Lustine dealership, I bought a new vehicle for my daughter and the engine service light was on and asked that it be checked. The dealership, 8 days later gave us an update on the vehicle only after i inquired 4 times, I complained and they said again said they did everything they could. Hello, The vehicle was dealer-traded and had a concern with an engine light. The engine light concern has been fixed in as timely of a manner as possible. The part to repair the engine light took four days to obtain. Eric was in contact with the customer according to Thomas R****. From what I understand the concern we inherited from the dealership we obtained the vehicle from has been fixed. First off, I love Toyota. I will always buy Toyota. Just NEVER from this dealer again. Four years ago I was looking for a car for my wife. When I visited the Woodbridge Lustine Toyota dealership, the salesman assured me that if I were to pay an extra $1000 for the Auto4Life "warranty," it would cover everything for the life of the vehicle outside of oil changes, spark plugs, tires and filters.
