I bought a new Grand Highlander and the first week I heard a sound inside the door/seatbelt, when I took it there they said they’ll check it, after 3 days, I called them and ask for an update, they said they are waiting for Toyota to authorize them to open the car and check it. And on top of that, they can’t lend me a car because the loan people just work from 9-4, and I’m not able to be there before at 5, because my job and kids school, and I just call, on a Saturday morning, and they don’t have any available rental cars!!!... read more
OUT OF STATE BUYERS - Absolutely do not buy from this dealership. They will not help you get a title issued to register your new vehicle in another State. Its been almost 2 months since we bought a vehicle and they still haven't created a title, which prevents us from getting it registered and a license plate. I've communicated with them on how to proceed but they just stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I'll be contacting the BBB and file a complaint.
My daughter found a car that she liked there on Saturday. On Monday my ************ issued a check for the amount needed to finance the car. By Wednesday the "check Engine" light was on. We returned the car to their service department. The next day they said all was well and we could pick it up. After picking it up Thursday, the light came back on. I attempted to purchase a new 2025 Toyota Rav4. They wanted to include a paint and fabric protection package for $3,498. I told the salesman that I wasn't interested in that. He told me that all of their new vehicles are sold with this package and that it's a mandatory purchase. Maybe I'm wrong, but from everything I've read, this is illegal. I've also filed a report with the ***.
