Lustine has always been fair with me. I have purchased three vehicles from them. A 2013 Jeep Wrangler, a 2016 Jeep Wrangler, and a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. I’ve been pretty happy with the service I’ve received from them over the years, and if buy another Jeep, it’ll likely be from them. I’ve been equally happy with the service department. They’ve been responsive, and addressed any concerns I’ve had with my vehicles with a minimum of fuss.

I had a written offer from Lustine which was allegedly their bottom line price, to include dealer fees and processing. I arrived ready to purchase the vehicle - on the terms they offered only for Lustine to attempt ridiculous and bogus add-on fees, such as a $700 fee for "sanitation" and a $1900 fee for "reconditioning." This was in addition to their customary $900 dealer fee I expected. They had no explanation when asked why they would not honor their written offer. Awful to work with. A) We offered asking price for a vehicle and they then arbitrarily tried to add $1900 in non-government related fees. They replied by stating that it was standard to charge about $900 in fees. 1) they tried to charge MORE than that, 2) if so, say so in your marketing of the vehicle. B) They FAILED to provide the permanent tags before the temporary tags expired. We were not able to legally drive the car we just purchased. Then they avoided our calls to get the tags.
