Finance department is deceptive. When I bought the car he told me he would throw in a bunch of stuff free with the car like the paint protection and I just had to make an appointment and they would take care of me. Went to look at my paperwork and saw that I actually paid 2.8k for the exterior and interior protection. Typical shady dealership tactics should’ve been more careful. Overall wouldn’t recommend this dealership. Take your business somewhere else. Customer service is a joke.
Agreed to financial agreement and Dealership took it upon themselves to refinance vehicle from pre approval at 5.49 percent to their plan of 15%. This is a deceptive sales practice and should be stopped. Also, on a certified vehicle they verbally agreed to fix anything wrong for 30 days but now no longer remember conversation.
I purchased a used 2018 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie Mega Cab dually. I live in Md. so I needed to get the truck inspected in Md. The dealership never gave me a temp tag so I was driving this truck with illegal tags but only drove it to and from dealership and inspection station. When truck was delivered to me at my job by the salesman the outer passenger tire was completely flat and starting to come off the rim. The TPMS sensor does not work for that tire. MY NAME IS JAMAR H***** AND I TOOK MY CAR FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS AND MY CAR WAS DRIVEN INTO A PRO MASTER BY THE SHOP FOREMAN OF THE DEALERSHIP ON FRIDAY AUG 5TH BUT I WASNT NOTIFIED UNTIL AUG 10TH WHICH I WAS TOLD THE FOREMAN TOLD THE SERVICE DIRECTOR IMMEDIATELY THEN SEND MY CAR TO A BODY TWICE TO FIX THE BODY DAMAGES ON MY CAR FOR IT STILL NEED TO BE FIXED AND THE SERVICE DIRECTOR ADMITTED THAT MY CAR STILL IS NOT IN STANDARDS AND MY OTHER REPAIRS FAR AS MY CAMERA AND ACTUATORS STILL NOT FIXED LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO I REM... read more
