Dexter the shuttle driver is amazing. So much fun. Very friendly and courteous! Went the extra mile to get me home. Had a blast!
Although Ike in sales deserves 5 stars, and Joey in service deserve 5 stars, it is true that a team is only as strong as it's weakest link. The tag & title and the finance department made this one of the worst experiences I have had in any business dealing and I just want to throw up on a daily basis ever since. This is a very good dealer to purchase your next new car from. They have very knowledgable salesman like Al Crawford who will help you get into the car that you want and at a great price.
Today I dropped my car off for an oil change. I was told that I would have to wait a couple of hours and was offered a shuttle back to work. The shuttle driver is full of character, polite, courteous and very out going! It's great to know that I'm in good hands with Lustine!!! Whatever you do don't ever get ride of your shuttle driver, he is very professional(two thumbs up)
Dear Lustine: When your service department tells a customer the car will be done by the end of the day, and the end of the day is at 7, and the customer left a message with his service rep asking for an update, and 7 comes around and that customer still has no status on his vehicle, guess what you get? A 1-star review. Hurry up and get my car back to me so I never have to come back. The one star is for the shuttle driver. He did a great job.
