Really agree with all the negative responses! I wish I read reviews before I purchased here too. We have had nothing but problems with our vehicle and nobody gives a rats ass! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with! I do not recommend this place to anyone and funny enough I've heard nothing but negative comments when I mention I bought from here! Crazy that someone hasn't done something about this dealership!
If I could rate ZERO, I would. Do NOT go here!!!!!! We emailed back & forth for a week with a salesman who said he understood our price point and that they could get us close with some money down on our part. After spending 2 hours of our time there, they FINALLY gave us what their best offer was -- $300 more/month than we had told him in the email and they weren't joking or budging. Completely wasted my ONLY weekend day off with my family. Liars. No respect for people or their time.
The WOREST customer service I have ever seen. Have been trying to contact the service dept for 1.5 hours. The operate is rude, I have yet to talk to anyone in Service. Have been told to just wait, told to get over it, and then hung on. WILL NEVER use the dealer again.
SHITTY ASS DEALERSHIP...
Not a crack sales staff. I was insulted by Matt Lepage who after several emails failed to phone me to discuss any misunderstandings but then wrote me off completely stating he would not lose any sleep and sell the vehicle at the full price to the next customer.
A heads up for anyone in the dc/va area. Do not ever go to Lustine Chrysler Jeep in Woodbridge Va. We had the worst experience ever. They treated us like complete crap. Someone from their dealership keyed on our door "I'm a dirty b***h". They were not helpful at all. Completely disrespectful. Didn't want to own up to any issues they had cause. We had an original appointment at 8am. Called multiple times and were told our vehicle was being worked on and didn't get looked at for 2 and half hours later. Don't do it.
