I had a wonderful experience at lustine dodge! I came to get my service done on my vehicle and while I was waiting I had and upgrade specialist, stephanie godoy come and speak to me. even though I am not in the market to upgrade stephanie did make my waiting in service a fun experience! I cannot wait to come back!
They ripped me OFF like I've never been ripped off before. No one should ever walk into this place. They Will empty your pockets and rip you off. They sold me a secondhand car which was already in many car accidents before, and told me this car has never been in a collision before. The car kept making out one time after another.when they sold me the car they tell me I had 30 days to bring it back for any reason. I have the worst experiences with the service/customer service at this location EVERY time I go in. When I have a 9 AM appointment, they and they call me to tell me my car is ready at 2:00 PM, and I don't leave until 3:25 PM there is an issue. Kenneth should be fired. The only person that deserves any recognition is Joey in the service department, he is at least pleasant to speak with and will attempt to help you the best he can.
At first it looked like it was going to be a good experience, but it turned out to be my worst nightmare. Miss. Byrd, is or was a sales manager, she lied and cheated. Bad experience over all.

Negative vibes the entire time we were negotiating! Left almost in tears from the process. Salesman was helpful but all down hill after that!
I wouldn't buy a sandwich from Lustine. Not going to go into the whole story....but in a nutshell, they are deceptive, unprofessional and provide horrible customer service. Buy your jeep somewhere else...ANYWHERE else!!
