Terrible experience. I took my jeep for a simple oil change and came out with a 5k service i didn't ask for. That issue was remedied but the worst part was that the mechanic that took off my drivers side front tire didn't tighten the lug nuts so i was driving with a loose tire. It was pure luck I caught it before my tire rolled off with my car left behind. I personally will never go here again and I'd recommend anyone else to do the same.
Probably the worst customer service I have experienced in 24 years of driving. They fail to provide any sort of time estimate. Long wait times to talk with service managers. Service managers say they will call you back, but never do. No concern for the customers time. Like I said the worse.
I have made my very last trip to this place. So many horror stories in the last 2 years. I'm giving up the service contract I bought. I just can't do this again. Please think twice before buying or servicing a vehicle here or at any dealership Lustine owns. And the worst part is they don't even try to make it right, nor do they care.
I've been unable to schedule a simple appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. Every time I've called, I get bumped around to the point it will go straight to a voicemail number. When I go online, for some reason, everyday is available, but the weekend. Man, I've nothing but problems with this dealership. Even when I purchased my car, that was a nightmare (but a whole different story). Whatever you do, don't shop here. Just go somewhere else. There's plenty of other dealerships in NOVA.
Horrible - I regret purchasing maintenance package for the import car they sold me and they suck at a simple oil change. Car smelled like they poured oil all over the engine and they couldn't even reset service notification - not only that they may not know there's a way of knowing the level of oil in my car and they missed about a quarter of it. AND to top it all off they took over 2 hours just to do a bad oil change. Now I'm having to take it back to get it "fixed" and waste more time. Sucks for me to have to deal w this.
I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM. THEY ARE THE WORSE DEALERSHIP I HAVE DEALT WITH!! THEY ONLY WORRIED ABOUT YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT AND WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY. THERE SERVICE SUCKS. SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THESE A**HOLES WISH I BOUGHT MY JEEP IN FREDERICKSBURG VA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Took my Grand Cherokee in for a recall on the trailer hitch, Their mechanic said it did not need to be replaced. I asked for a manager who said the same thing. I said to the manager, "Let's find out who is lying you or my mechanic" He went and looked at my car and said," It will be ready at 4:00." 3 days later they tell me they had to send it out to someone else. They couldn't figure out how to remove my trailer hitch
