This review is about my interaction with Mr. Alex Alvarado, Super Service Advisor - Alex was the difference between the every day, hum-drum auto shop interaction and my NEW standard in auto service customer service experience. The best part about this place is service advisor Alex Alvarado! I won't take my car to any but him. Alex has always bent over backwards to make sure I'm taken care of! He's very professional and actually cares about his customers. I will be returning to him every time I need a service!!
Terrible customer service. Was treated so poorly I left within 5 minutes and took my business elsewhere. I heard how awful they are but wanted to see for myself.Nothing but a bunch of crooks. DO NOT BUY HERE!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Shady, did not tell us about an open recall on the vehicle we purchased that was issued in 2014 and we bought the car for 2x the asking price because of additional warranties they recommended, and then they told us it was basically our fault for buying used. Horrible horrible people.
Hate the service department takes forever for simple service like oil change. Had an 8:30 am appoint and it going on 2:00 pm still waiting. This my third service and same results as the last. Prepaid service is not worth the hassle and frustrations.
