I only put one star because it wouldn't let me put my comment otherwise. This dealership SUCKS! They sold my son a lemon and now they won't honor fixing the car! I am screaming to everyone DO NOT EVEN BUY A WHEELBARROW from these crooks, let alone a car! It's a sin to be this crooked!
No one cares about fixing an ignition recall that my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee has. I'm afraid to use my vehicle since this recall can be fatal. When am I going to have this problem fix? Can someone answer this?
I had my truck service here the other day and the service was awesome - My truck was ready within the time frame I was giving and they went the extra mile by vacuuming & Washing my truck on the house I wanna shout out JOEY MOLLICA HE WAS THE BEST He kept me inform every step of the way and made me feel so welcome & comfortable checking my truck in I would highly recommend this location✌
Joey is my Service Manager. HE is THE BEST!!!! He takes very good care of me. You guys definitely can't let him go... ever. If he goes ....we go!!!!
Joey Mollica is the best service manager awesome to work with! He's always honest and makes sure your car is working to your expectations before handing it over! Great customer service is hard to find but he has mastered it!
Customer service is horrible when you call in if someone answers they transfer you to the wrong person it takes at least 3 times calling in to get to the person you want to talk to !
