Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Lies, scams, etc. Pay attention to the paperwork, read everything before signing, get copies of everything. Or better yet, STAY AWAY. And to the GM Jason Dill, don't even bother asking me to call you. I already emailed you about this and you didn't even bother to reply. You probably wouldn't even answer if I did call, based on other people's reviews.
Worst buying experience of my life. I buy a lot of cars and i sell cars at another dealership. They were terrible. Offered one price online, it went up $2000 when i got there. My salesman was coked out of his mind. The car had damage which they tried to hide. They tried to muscle me into a $900 maintenance plan on my Infiniti...at a Jeep dealership, almost 2 hours from where I live with traffic. Lol. It was so bad it was like a comedy sketch. We got a call from Brandon about our inquiry on a wrangler. From the moment we spoke he was super easy to talk to. When we got to the dealership we worked with Chuck. He was extremely knowledgable about all of the vehicles, down to earth, and willing to work to get us a good deal. We were so happy with our experience at Lustine. They were a breath of fresh air as opposed to some of these other dealerships that try to pull your leg. Thank you Lustine for making our experience enjoyable and easy!
