Been by this dealership three times now as I explore new car purchases. Each time, I left without parking because the sales people descend like vultures. Not just one, but several people stand in your path while driving, follow the car, calling out as you pass....can't just look at a vehicle in peace without 7 people following you like you might steal a car.
50 characters required so here's a few words to account my experience at this dealership. Ghetto, rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, dirty, and a ripoff. Solution, go to Safford in Springfield. A black bald gentlemen that seemed to be the manager was the rudest of them all. I have no idea how he closes deals, I hope he takes his head out of his rear end to realize there's a better way to conduct business.
They couldn't find my husbands van. We had to drive and find it ourselves. They had it for 4 days and still no update. Services takes forever and there is never follow through our follow up. It's an issue every time.
