Took my truck in this morning for a knocking in the back end. Joey took care of me with kind words and a friendly hello. Within minutes he hooked me up with Jim M. We went for a short drive. Jim then took my truck to the service department within 30 minutes had a back in the knock was gone. Thanks for your help guys
