I had my Jeep serviced and needed the parking brake replaced, I was looked after superbly by Richard Francisco. He keep me updated the whole time I was waiting. There was some confusion about my booking initially but he took care of it and made my whole experience pleasurable. Thank you Richard!

I don't own a Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep, but I have used the auto shop. They do a great job, and Joey Mollica specifically breaks down what is going on with your car in a clear manner. I never felt like I was being haggled, and drove away feeling like my car was taken care of.
Visiting a repair shop is not always a good experience, however, Vickie made the experience a good one. She took time to listen to me and made me feel my questions were important. I have seen her with other customers and she is always caring and efficient. Joyce
I have had nothing but good luck with the sales and service department of Lustine Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. I first went to them after Cowles lost the Chrysler dealership. I was afraid after all I heard about Lustine Toyoto and the experience I had with them. But, I have no wbought 4 vehicles from them and always treated with respect and compassion. This dealership is the worst! Leave messages, won't return calls. Worst dealership for customer service I have EVER dealt with in 40 yrs! Even the GM won't call you back! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! If I could give minus stars, it would be like -5!
The absolute worst place to buy a car. The people that work there are incredibly stupid. Not only was I lied to but they haven't correctly filed all my paperwork and it's been three weeks since I traded my car in. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY from them
