We bought my 2014 jeep wrangler unlimited here. Car buying is always a long drawn out argument about numbers, but in the end we got a good deal and a car we love! The first oil change is free of charge and the service staff were very nice. Customer service is not bad and most of the lope ratings are surprising to me. Shop around and don't settle for less than what you want.
I don't know why they have a bad rating on FB. We just bought two brand new trucks and I have never had better service!! Nobody could come close to their trade in values, not even Carmax. Super pleased. Thanks!!!
Horrible way to handle business with costumers and not trying to help the people that really need the help. Trade in values for a new car bought from the 6 months for $ 21,000. 6 months pass still like new with 3,600 miles on it. The value that they offer is $ 12,000. really lustine? Dont try to go here!!!
Service Dept. does not return calls.That is rude, enough to make me go elsewhere for my new car.
I will keep it short and sweet. NEVER go here. This place is terrible and no one will help you. You will be told lies to so they can sell cars. Always read the fine print. This place is a disgrace to the Dodge name. Go elsewhere.
So far unsatisfied with the service department was told by my service advisor(Richard) that my car was being looked at and that he would call back between 430 and 5. I called at 520 and everyone who would be able to help me is gone for the day. I can understand if they need more time to diagnose what's wrong but please do as you said and call me back to let me know what is wrong!!!!!
