Fun date! – Went for Vday. Cute, intimate, fun. Interesting decor. Not sure if it was the holiday, but restaurant was pretty packed. Squeezed in a reservation and loved the experience. Space is a bit tight during the busy times. Would be good for group dining but only if all adults. Not great for kids.
Great restaurant for a fun dinner! – I went here the other night and I had a great time! Everyone who works here was very friendly and polite. The mojitos were great... I have them everywhere in LA and these were some of the best. The goat cheese fondue is really yummy (albiet a little small) and the make your own smores were a lot of fun. They have some fun, funky food which is what I liked about this restaurant. For my entree I had the ribs, which were not anything to write home about, but I think I just ordered the wrong ... read more
Great time. Great vibe. – REPOST: I went there the other night for the first time with a friend I have not seen for a long time. We were sat right away by a polite hostess (dark hair with a big smile), always a great thing to see from the start. Then our server (long red hair, smiley) was prompt and there when we needed her but not pushy. We wanted to catch up and may have overstayed our welcome but never felt that way, she even got into our conversation and seemed interested in what we were talking about. A woman who might ... read more

Yummy food...Excellent price – I live a few blocks from this little jewel but have never tried it until now. I went last night and sat at the bar and had a fantastic meal for a great price. I ordered the artichoke to start which was great...then the fish for dinner which was even better...my friend ordered the burger which was average?.but the french fries were amazing. I ordered sangria from the extremely friendly bartender and I thought it was way to sweet so I asked him if I could change it to wine and he was more than ha... read more
Worth the wait – We arrived at 8pm on Friday with no reservations. I was happy they were able to seat us at all but we had to wait for 30 minutes at the bar. The bartenders were great, we had some appitizers and the very good mojitos. Once seated dinner was great and service was very good, although we liked the bartender better. A great place to turn dinner into an evening out.
Keeps getting better – I last had dinner at Luna Park about a year ago and had a great time. My returned last night and had one of the best meals I have had since moving back to Los Angeles this year. The service was great, our server wanted nothing more then to make sure we were happy and made great suggestions and was at the table every time we need her. I have never posted before - I wanted to thank Luna Park for such a great evening.
what is the big deal? – The service was horrible, and they crowd way to many people in one room. The food was not exciting and the waiters were pretentious. Boring.
Great Food, Bad Service – We got there around 12:15 and were promptly seated by a very nice hostess. We were then greeted by a waitress that one could tell was absolutely hating life. She had no personality, was not the least bit pleasant and when I asked her about the highly recommended mojitos all she said was, "yeah." I ordered one anyway and we started with the goat cheese fondue with sliced green apples and grilled bread. I was a little apprehensive about it because I am not a huge fan of goat cheese and neither is my b... read more
